• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as alcohol products or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Amount: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage.

• Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage or error for resolution.
